This item was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box has never been opened and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in decent condition, but has some staining to the back of it; and some shipping stickers and tape damage; please see pictures for details. There is no visible expiration date on this item, but the code on the back of the box says 1D20H1a 20110420.
