This item was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box has never been opened and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in decent condition, with some stickers on it, and the front of the box is torn out, please see pictures for details. There is no visible expiration date on this item, but the date code on the box reads: 9F29H1k 20090629.
