New, Open Box, Sealed Bag, Genuine OEM HP 97 C9363WN Tri-Color InkJet Cartridge

This cartridge was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box was received open and we have verified the contents. The inner foil bag has never been opened and still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in poor condition, please see photos for details. There is no visible expiration date but the "Warranty Ends" date says NOV 2011.
